MLML Knowledge Base and Forums Quick Start Guide

Using the MLML Knowledge Base is easy and fun... Here's how to get started:

1. Go to http://kb.mlml.calstate.edu/
2. Click the Register link.
3. Agree to the terms.
4. Enter the following information:
   
   • MLML username
   • MLML email address
   • MLML password
5. Solve the "Confirmation Code" or captcha.
6. Click Submit.

Registered users can:

• Post replies to forum topics. Replies can be:
  
  • questions about the forum post
  • request clarification about a procedure or specific environment
  • feedback on the accuracy of a post
• Create your own forum posts. Posts can be:

  • Questions
  • Information for other computer users (How to's, helpful applications or features, etc.)

Helpful Tips:

• The phpBB User Guide is a very helpful resource for learning how to manage and use a PHPBB forum.
