Before you upgrade to Snow Leopard (Mac OS 10.6) be aware of the current incompatible software found here. In addition to the software on this list, we have become aware of an incompatibility with SPSS 16.0. It will not install because Snow Leopard uses Java 1.6 instead of 1.5, see this page and then this page for more information and a link for those tech savvy enough and willing to mess with their Java version.
